Sur La Table needed a more effective way to connect with its core customers and compete in a crowded cookware market. We streamlined the email production process by introducing modular, editorial-style layouts and leveraging high-impact lifestyle photography. Working closely with leadership, we built a system for frequent sends, sometimes twice a day, which enabled fast product updates and responsive storytelling. The refreshed strategy improved conversion rates and drove year-over-year sales growth, strengthening Sur La Table’s position as a trusted culinary brand.
